  5. M-Probes is an integrated MRP II-type of software system. M-Probes uses a
  6. bucketless net change MRP technique and allows the user online access to time
  7. phased inventory activity. M-Probes supports phantom parts, blanket orders with
  8. release dates, and single level pegging. Work order and job costing can be done
  9. at standard or actual costs. The system is designed to be sophisticated yet
  10. easy to use with excellent overall performance. M-Probes features include a
  11. menu-oriented design, but is not menu-driven. The experienced user can move
  12. directly from one function to another while the casual user has a complete menu
  13. system to use. The system uses elements of artificial intelligence to
  14. anticipate the user's needs, thereby reducing keystrokes and functions, and
  15. making the system faster and easier to use than competitive products. M-Probes
  16. is designed to interface with third-party accounting software. The system is
  17. modular, allowing the user to pick and choose which modules to implement and
  18. when.
